Youth Website to Hit Portland! We are currently looking for youth interested in creating Portlands very own youth website. If you are interested in radio, media, website administration, reporting, local issues, or just have some free time, then we need you. - Would you like to know how to create a podcast? Go though the different stages of recording mixing and publishing.
- Would you like to interview people to get their ideas on local topics?
- Would you like to be in charge of administering a website?
- Would you like to know how to build and design a website.
- Know how to use Photoshop or know how to manipulate photos with any other software?
- You are a budding digital artist?
- Are you a wizz at creating short videos (Vodcasts)?
- Got any youth activities that you would like to promote?
- Would you like to become an expert at any of the above skills?
- Got any other skills that you could bring to the group?
What you learn could invaluable, and it's fun too! If you answered yes to any of the above questions, please shoot me off an email. We will get a group together and see what we can come up with! :) For ideas and to see what is already available, check out the Youth Central website. The link is to the Warrnambool area. The group would have total control over their very own website, it doesn't need to look like this (aren't we lucky). |
